We confirm that in accordance with government guidelines, the centre will close on Wednesday evening at 8pm.

MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Direct Debit: All Direct Debit payments have been frozen upon our closure. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit mandate. As customers will have just paid for their January 2021 membership, we will not be taking a direct debit in February. Your membership will roll over . If the period of lockdown is extended further , we will issue further communication accordingly.
 
 
Paid upfront: All Upfront members can expect to have their membership extended by the days lost during this period of closure. You do not need to contact us as this will be applied automatically.
 
Junior Courses (trampoline, gymnastics, squash) - Dependent on when we can re-open, we plan to extend the current term by the quantity of sessions missed for all dry-side courses. Therefore, your child will receive the same amount of sessions for the current term as per your original booking. We shall notify you of the new course end date when possible.
 
OTHER INFO: 
 
Block/Contract bookings- You will not be charged for the dates of hire that fall within this period of closure. You do not need to contact us as we will do this automatically for you.
 
Pay-as-you-go customers- Any class, activity or court/pitch booking that you have already paid for in advance can be transferred to another available slot upon our reopening depending on your preference.We will be in touch with you to arrange this.
