Group Exercise Sessions 
From relaxing yoga to high intensity HIIT classes, we have a great range of group sessions in which you are guaranteed to find something that you enjoy. 
We run over 60 classes each week and all of our classes are instructor led. We have recently added a new range of GP referral classes suitable for those returning to Health and Wellbeing. 
Safety First
Your safety is our key priority and in light of recent events, we have moved all of our classes to our main hall. The hall has recently undergone refurbishment and now boasts a 'studio feel' which is light and fresh. 
You will find that the classes will be slightly shorter than normal as we build in time to clean any equipment we need to use before and after the class. 
All classes must be prebooked in advance and you'll need to swipe your card as you enter the building so that we can trace everyone who has been in our building. 
Please remember to bring a full water bottle. Whilst the water dispensers are available for refills, you'll need your own bottle to drink from. 
Please arrive 'activity ready' as the changing room facilities will be closed for the time being. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your chosen activity. 
Please abide by our strict one way system when moving around the building. 
Toilets will available for your use during your visit but please observe the one way system whilst making your way to use them.
