Libraries host a range of regular groups and activities for adults. Why not come along to one? Meet new people in a relaxed and social setting and take a book home after.
Craft and chat
Do you enjoy knitting, embroidery, crochet or something more unusual? Bring along whatever you're working on, or just drop in for a chat with other crafty people. Make new friends, meet up with old friends, pick up hints and tips and get access to a wide selection of craft books.
Mindful colouring
Relax and unwind at one of our colouring sessions. Mindfulness is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence and even a few minutes of mindful colouring can be uplifting. Put the day and time in your diary and come every week, or just drop by when you feel the need. Borrow books to take home, chat to our friendly staff and walk away relaxed for the day.
