Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP)

Protecting vulnerable people during severe weather, when conditions can threaten the safety and wellbeing of people who are rough sleeping.

The Severe Weather street outreach Emergency Protocol (SWEP) aims to ensure that vulnerable people are protected and provided for during severe weather. 

St Mungo's, the rough sleeper team, will be making every effort to offer shelter to all people sleeping rough in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, by providing emergency accommodation.
