You can apply for a licence to trade in the following streets in Christchurch:
- High Street
- Church Street
Consent is unlikely to be granted unless you are trading as part of a festival or market. For details of applicable fees, please contact us.
Street trading is not allowed in:
Bargates, Barrack Road (East of Magdalen Lane), Beaconsfield Road, Castle Street, Ducking Stool Lane, Lodge Road, Lymington Road, Magistrates Court access, Millhams Street (North and South), Oak Avenue, Pioneer (Rear Service Area), Princess Avenue, Quay Road, Queens Avenue, Regent Way, St Margaret's Avenue, Silver Street, Sopers Lane, Stourvale Avenue, Sycamore Close, The Grove, Wick Lane and Whitehall.
